The Strength Hidden In Fear

I was trembling visibly, my legs had bailed on me
I was stiff and immobile, but I could still feel it coming behind me
I’d tried to run but my legs were frozen solid
It growled or so, I’m not quite sure
But the sound pushed me off my feet
Causing me to dash forward
I was at the rooftop edge of my building
This was it, my final moments
But my life didn’t flash before my eyes like I thought it would
I was caught between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea,
I had just one choice: JUMP
And that’s what I did

Have you ever jumped off a high rise building
Scaled the high fence
Or roof of a building?
Maybe even sprinted across the street
Trying to get away from someone or something?
What made that possible? FEAR
So, fear caused your survival instincts to kick in
Which made the impossible possible.
So my question is why can’t fear also make you achieve the impossible?

Why do we allow the fear of failure or falling make us lose sight of our vision?
Why are we so afraid of taking risks?
Life itself is a risk and yet we still live it
So why don’t we risk other things?
In life, loss is almost inevitable.
Losing today doesn’t mean you’ll lose tomorrow
Don’t let the fear of losing stop you from trying.

Fear can either be your Driving force or Retarding force, the choice is yours.

  1. Fear works on people with different results,it can make you do what you naturally would
Advice your friend or a member of your family not to attempt doing, this can be in the nagetive sense or positive sense.so for d nagative sense it reduces your God given potentials, while the positive,it makes u stronger, gain confidence, propels you to do more extraordinary things, that are not anti- social, legat e.t.c which can make people take you as role model, and all these depends on your approach to life, your environment, what you listen to and eventually digest, level of self worth and thinking pattern

  2. The strength hidden in fear as it imply means a weapon that can be used to overcome distress andand difficulty When venturing into an unknown place.. for me I would say it’s a good thing because it gives you the feeling of caution..
